DescriptionThe machine is for the cold rolling of shafts and is equipped with two rack type forming tools and two slides on an extremely rugged "C"-shaped machine frame. ROTO-FLO is a process in which the metal periphery of a part is displaced from is undisturbed condition (such as a straight shaft) by cold working until it assumes a desired shape (spline, serration, etc).The entire forming process takes place within seconds in one continuous operation
